PeopleGoal was born from Nikolaos Lygkonis and James Stickland's first-hand experience of how destructive big-company processes can be to employee engagement and development. After seeing this they wanted to provide a platform that empowered companies, teams and managers to deliver growth, development and engagement with their most valuable asset - their people. This renewed mission led them to the re-imagining the PeopleGoal brand identity.Peoplegoal's employee experience platform (EXP) is designed for high-growth teams. Giving the ability for companies to engage with their employees through recognition, rewards, surveys and news. While also providing the functionality to manage team members with core HR features such as absence management, asset tracking and onboarding. Companies are also able to boost performance with goal setting, one-to-ones and instant feedback.Nikolaos and James approached me to re-envision the brand identity for PeopleGoal. The team had already carried out several internal brand activities, which enabled me to immediately focus on the goals for the new identity. I collaborated closely with the team and established a clear project framework from the outset. Through an initial workshop, we identified the primary objectives, challenges, and opportunities for the project. The workshop highlighted the importance of communicating 'People', 'Automation', 'Flexibility' and 'Diversity' as key aspects of the new identity. This insight informed the initial creative concepts, ensuring that the strategy and creative work were always aligned. To help support the rollout an in-depth set of brand guidelines was also created allowing the internal team to apply the new identity to both the new PeopleGoal website and also the client facing platform.
